By using this website or accessing a Zelyra Wealth School course, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to enter an agreement in your jurisdiction.

Zelyra provides general educational material. Courses are not personalized financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice, and completion does not guarantee a particular result. You remain responsible for evaluating information and consulting appropriate licensed professionals.
3. Accounts and access
Keep account credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Access may be limited to the purchased learner or agreed group. You may not share, resell, scrape, reproduce, or publicly distribute course content without written permission.
4. Payments and cancellations
Prices and applicable access details are shown before enrollment. Any cancellation or refund rights are governed by the terms displayed at purchase and mandatory local law. A cart on this demonstration site does not itself create a payment or enrollment.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with site security, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, misuse contact forms, or use course material to mislead others. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect learners, content, or the service.
6. Intellectual property
Zelyra and its licensors retain rights in the brand, curriculum, writing, design, and related materials. These terms grant a limited, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for personal or agreed internal learning.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available and educational information may require updating. To the extent permitted by law, Zelyra is not responsible for decisions made solely from general course material or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes and contact
